In principle, we accept every CD/CDR or DVD/DVD-R as a master that can be directly replicated. Please note that a master must not have any copy protection.

1. Master as data medium

industrially-pressed CD/DVD without copy protection

DVD9 master as DVD-R Dual Layer

2. Master as image file

Only image files that can be directly burned or mastered will be accepted. Open file structures require a separate project. Please contact our sales department for more information. The image files must be compressed in ZIP or SIT format.

3. Transfer of image files via the Internet / FTP

Please use our FTP server (ftp.cda.de) for delivery via FTP
We will send you FTP access details on request
Save files and folders with a name that clearly refers to the order
File names must not contain special characters
A test should be performed before transferring a master or image via the Internet for the first time
