Specifications for submitted data media:

In principle, we accept every CD/CDR or DVD/DVD-R as a master that can be directly replicated. Please note that a master must not have any copy protection.
1. Master as data medium
- industrially-pressed CD/DVD without copy protection
- CD-R / DVD-R
- CD Master as CD-R
- DVD5 master as DVD-R
- DVD9 master as DVD-R Dual Layer
2. Master as image file
Only image files that can be directly burned or mastered will be accepted. Open file structures require a separate project. Please contact our sales department for more information. The image files must be compressed in ZIP or SIT format.

Data media or transfer
- Tape
- DVD5 / DVD9 as DLT
- DLT-III / DLT-III XT / DLT-IV
- Drive models supported: DLT-1 (VS-80); DLT-4000; DLT-8000
- CD-R / DVD-R see item 1 Master as data medium i.e. separate notice to our sales department
- Internet FTP
3. Transfer of image files via the Internet / FTP
- Please use our FTP server (ftp.cda.de) for delivery via FTP
- We will send you FTP access details on request
- Save files and folders with a name that clearly refers to the order
- File names must not contain special characters
- A test should be performed before transferring a master or image via the Internet for the first time
